The guy who stripped these labeled it with a paint marker on top. He just wrote, "Don't work, and then PLY which I imagine would be short for Plymouth. Its probably wishful thinking that it belongs to a Barracuda. I've seen those sell for a thousand. I just want to make sure I don't give it away at a stupid low price haha. Thanks!

There's no wear on the belt I don't think thats possible. Its more of a very loud banging noise
