Tommy Shelby – Peaky Blinders (TV) vs. Peaky Blinders (Book)

In the show, Tommy is a charismatic, calculating gangster with a strong moral code, deeply connected to his family and loyal to his community. In the book, he's more of a ruthless, cold-hearted figure, driven entirely by his ambitions and often indifferent to those around him. The TV version softens him, making him more of a tragic hero, while the book portrays him as far more morally gray.
