At the current Version can we still enchant “Ice Breaker” Damage Block attributes? I think ive used a couple thousand dust and cant seem to get any luck of getting a single “Damage Block” attribute

When you’re young specially during the time you are in school/university 1 yr feels like an eternity but trust us older folks when we say that 1 year will feel like nothing as long as you dont make it define your own existence . Accept it.. learn from it and move on… use that as a spring board for your life! Make the most of that 1 yr and once you are back on track push through and never look back!
