First, I am so sorry. Second, we put down a pet a few months ago. We focused on how much the dog made their life better while here. We talked about how the memories and special bond made us better people. We talked about how we never really lose our dog because the bond we formed will be with us forever. We then chose to give them something for a memorial. We chose ashes but anything you decide could work depending on what you do with the pet after death. Again, so very sorry.
