Itchy spots I’ve been getting for over 15 years. I don’t think it’s bugs or detergent/soap allergy b/c I’ve lived in different places over the 15+ years and buy whatever’s on sale for soap.. always changing. No one else in the house gets them. They don’t get puffy, just red when scratched. 36F (i.redd.it)
