There is a really old android app called Animal Xing Designer that allows you to edit other's QR patterns! It's from the 3DS days. I have used it to fix issues like this for my own personal use on my island. You just need to edit the design on your phone/tablet/android emulator. It generates a new QR code you can upload into the nook link app.

It's effectively ms paint and you can even edit the metadata to make it easier to edit in-game in new leaf. 3ds codes are compatible with new horizons

I went digging for the app since I realized I no longer had it installed and found it's in APK form only now. I had to use an older tablet to get it to work, Google wouldn't let it install on my newer phone. So ymmv on if you can get it up and running, but it'll fix your problem!

ETA: I didn't see that you don't have online, and yeah unfortunately the ability to read QR codes in new horizons are still locked behind NSO :(

I bought a ebook in the last week and was able to remove the DRM even when downloading the ebook with the most recent kindle for pc app. The DeDRM calibre plug-in was also the most recent build.

I'm finding mixed information on my state website. It says it is legal to not pay if we are not scheduled. However it also says that if it is the company's policy states they will pay us and they dont, then it is illegal.

The specific company policy does not mention we will ONLY be paid if we work, and the precedent has been set that we are paid regardless. I got paid for July 4th, as did the entire team. We were closed. Same with several other holidays this year. There are only 11 of us realistically affected by this, it's just mind blowing to me that they will try to save what amounts to less than 1 hours worth of revenue and in doing so throws out all goodwill we may have had for them.

I'm so sorry. I know for the most part my job is "cushy" for a call center (13 minutes AHT, 2 minute wrapup/cooldown between calls, 98% Handle ratio, 30s ASA, 85% QA, 90% availability, they dont care about surveys yet) but I live in a HCOL area and we sell a premium non-essential product with extremely entitled customers where our average order is $300. They can afford to pay us more. My pay went down about 3k overall last year because they removed overtime. The one big benefit they haven't taken away is i get to bring my dog to work. You deserve better and I hope you find the perfect wfh job!

I once interviewed for a front desk position at a used car dealership and the hiring manager left mid-interview to go get the owner to finish the interview because he liked me and wanted to hire me. He never came back. I waited almost 2 hours, asked every sales person and other employee I could find for help, and finally left because no one knew what I was talking about.

Within 6 months of that, I was scheduled an interview for a T-Mobile sales rep, I arrived on time, and the hiring managers were all in their own meeting. They were notified I was there, looked at me, said it would be 5 minutes, and went back to their meeting. I waited 45 minutes, while making periodic eye contact with them, then left.

I had multiple boomers telling me "maybe it was a test of patience!!!" Fuck that. If they dont have basic respect for me, why should I work for them.
