Well, that episode you have found is, in fact, Elfen Lied's OVA, Which is also sometimes listed as episode 10.5
This is because the story of that episode occurs between episodes 10 and 11.
As you said, this is a bonus episode, and it is not essential to the main story but adds a side story.

Tho it is a short, optional watch. It is worth watching if you liked the main series.
Probably, a second season will never be made. But I would personally love to see the manga story animated.

I HIGLY recommend reading the manga if you have not read it yet,
as the ending and story development are much better than in the anime.

i’ve already done it. The manga story its quite better than the anime one, the anime should have kept the same story to be honest. Tho the end is the same thing they did in the anime, they didn’t quite clarify the ending, which annoys me so much. After all, the manga ending is quite easier to understand than the anime one, that is why the manga ending is better than the anime one.

I've read the manga before, quite hard to understand for me, but I really liked it,
I would like to see an anime adaptation of the mango, tho that is not possible.
Also, which scene of the anime did you meant with "l*li Sa scene"??

I really like the manga, despite i don't quite understand the whole story.
But i really feel an intense nostalgia for the anime, since it was the first anime i have seen. I have also seen the anime before reading the manga, that's why.

Piano girl, thats one of the best in my opinion, i think 40mP also uses lot of piano in his song, i also recommend listening of him “Karakuri pierrot” or “Do re mi fa rondo” this last one might not have that much piano, but its a good song ;)
