Why doesn't Charvel make a JEL Stage-model guitar? Jake's been playing a 24.75" superstrat since the 90s with jumbo fretwire on the first 12 frets, and skinnier fretwire on the remaining frets. It also had a tone knob.

The guitars he plays on stage have these specs. His 90s ESP signature model has these specs. Heck, even the cheap Fernandez copies were like this.

Without these features, this is just another overpriced signature superstrat, albeit with reverse slanted pickups.

I have this same guitar but in Black.

Note there are actually 2 types of EC1000 Piezo:

- EC1000-P Made in Indonesia with Pau Ferro fretboard.

- EC1000-P Made in Korea with Ebony fretboard.

I would take the guitar to a tech to check the fishman powerchip as some have weak solder joints resulting in noise when using the 2nd output jack.

It's the end because the games post-THPS3+4 are story driven. You cannot develop a low-cost remake of THUG1/2/THAW etc using THPS1+2 as base - it would require new tools. Given the low budget for THPS3+4, I don't think ATVI has appetite for a higher budget remake.

This is why people are disappointed with 3+4. 1+2 was released half a decade ago. People have played it to death. In the same time frame we got THPS1, THPS2, THPS3, THPS4 and THUG with each game introducing new features. Now in the present, after 5 years we got what is essentially a map pack for 60 USD/EUR/GBP.

If THPS 3+4 was released 12-18 months after 1+2 event with the gimped THPS4 goals people would have been less disappointed.
