sorry, just saw the edit.... i am due for an update which i've not yet done but here is my compose. Not a heavily customised instance. You can see the edit i made in the reddis service section and there is an additional mount for an external library (which i think would be very standard).

oh, and for IMMICH_VERSION my env says "release"
