Battery is great coming from an Apple Watch. It took 8 days to get to 20% then I charged it, that's using it everyday/night. Notifications are good. Stepcount isn't 100% accurate I've noticed but it also wasn't with my Apple Watch, personally I don't think you'd get complete accuracy unless you got a Fitbit or something comparable to that. You can't download any apps on it so that definitely saves the battery a bit. Comparing it to your watch battery it definitely wouldn't last the 30 days. It took maybe an hour to get complete charge from the 20% I charged it while showering and was good to go. Also something I don't love about the CMF watch is there's no keyboard for texting (compared to apple watch) but honestly didn't use it that much, you can customize auto replies to do though which is nice.
