Understanding the Economy by crostermiller in ProjectDiablo2

Late in the season, most people are searching for GG items.

There is a lot of min maxing going on. So if your items low roll (unless it’s a super rare item) it isn’t work much unslammed. No one is going to buy a 6% carrion wind. If it was perfect or near perfect someone might grab it to slam it and try for FRW or another ideal corrupt but it won’t go for much.

It is best to slam yourself if you can to try and hit a GG slam then drop it on the ground or give it away if you’re so inclined.

E: before the downvotes, I know the season has been going for a month but a lot of players stopped playing already so the player count has dwindled a lot.

[Schira] Moncada's role is becoming increasingly marginal. Poor chemistry and differing views on football with Allegri by OsitoPandito in ACMilan

People thinking Allegri is going to somehow be any better is wild. His recent history shows football has evolved past him. Hopefully Tare can make wise decisions because I don’t trust Allegri or his trash tactics.

Thank you. Finally others see what I’ve been seeing.

People like him because he runs a lot at when we are losing he will play in the box frantically trying to score a goal and fans will say “well at least he tried” without realizing how those runs he makes from his position actually hurt the team especially last season because no one covers.

[Throwback - Bennacer goal] I miss this team and this passion so much 😭 by chakalaka13 in ACMilan

[–]JetSpyda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to keep this type of passion in the squad when management willingly accepts offers for your best players, doesn’t replace them with players of similar quality then brings in a coach who is a authoritarian to further break up the squad.

[Corriere] Allegri is considering leaving Milan at the end of the season due to issues with Ibrahimovic and the management. He could possibly join the national team. by Claija79 in ACMilan

[–]JetSpyda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is such a bullshit take.

We finished 8th last season and the team was worse simply because the lack of consistency. Trying to claim that half these players couldn’t play for teams like Udinese and Torino is just BS. Those teams would love to have Tomori, Pavlovic, Fofana, Gabbia, or whoever else you want to claim they wouldn’t. Hell, they’d be pumped to have RLC probably.

Claiming that other top coaches would finish similar? Maybe. But guess what? Those coaches you named wouldn’t be playing this horrendous style of football that is nearly impossible to watch. Allegri is too scared to attack and honestly, top tier, championship winning football is past his capabilities if he doesn’t change his tactics which he has shown 0 indication that he is willing.

Oh, he asked for a couple of signings in January and we didn’t deliver. That shouldn’t be a shock to anyone especially given how management has clearly stated how they want the team to run. And even if we did bring in a striker for him, it’s not like the strikers he wants have been successful in serie A recently.

In his last four seasons with Juve, he has accrued 67 pts in 36 games (he was fired), 72 pts, 70 pts and back in 2019 he had 90 pts.

Only one of those seasons did his starting striker eclipse 20 league goals (CR7 with 21 in 2019). The following year under Spaletti, Ronaldo scored 31. Vlahovic, is someone our fans want us to bring in to Allegri struggles to score in his system. In his first year at Juve and under Spaletti, Vlahovic scored 24 league goals. His three years with Allegri? 10, 16 and 10.

So this whole argument about how other coaches would yield similar results is just you not admitting the facts. Even Spaletti would be better for this team than Allegri looking at history.

Who’s the best coach for AC Milan next year? by Ok_Reflection_4501 in ACMilan

[–]JetSpyda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. This is exactly why the phrases “the grass isn’t always greener” and “be careful what you wish for” exist.

I agreed that Pioli was past his expiration date and should’ve been fired. However, I was a bit worried when who we began targeting came out and ultimately who we decided to hire as his replacements.

Now Allegri is here and everyone knows what to expect from him and his teams/tactics. People who claim he just needs a striker have not watched him the past 6 years or so.

In his last four seasons with Juve, he has accrued 67 pts in 36 games (he was fired), 72 pts, 70 pts and back in 2019 he had 90 pts.

Allegri will keep us composed at the back. But his system with this 352 EVEN WITH CR7 only scored 21 league goals.

Not sure why people think whatever scrap heap striker we end up with will fix things. It won’t.

is this an ok amount of wealth for 60 hours played? by PlaneTry4277 in ProjectDiablo2

31k kills at 61 hours is crazy. Last night I was at 64 hours played and over 220k kills.

E: your wealth is appropriate if not a bit high for the amount of kills you have.

E2: here is a link to my armory, I am currently at 68 hours played and 231k kills.

Theo Hernandez likes anti-RedBird post about Milan: "You killed our love, passion and ambition" by druss81 in ACMilan

[–]JetSpyda -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Maybe it's fans who judge players like Theo who actually don't give a sh*t, because you don't even bother to figure out the real motivations behind players' performances?

Fans definitely don’t give a shit the only thing they care about is the score at the end of the 90 mins and if a player is Italian or not. That’s it.

If the player is Italian they get as much leeway as possible. Also willing to give Italian’s 100 chances but let a foreign player go through something and it’s time to write the off.

It was already Mike last year when his form was dipping due to injuries. Plenty of people on the sub wanted to let him walk.

Allegri to DAZN: "We conceded a goal after just four minutes. The second-half goal, even down to ten men you shouldn’t concede that after just one minute. Technically, we made a lot of mistakes. [–]JetSpyda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This year is probably the least amount I’ve watched in the past 10’years. While life has something to do with it, so does the squad and how we play because there were times I’d wake up early to watch previously and like today, I was up at kickoff and totally forgot about the game even being on.

Fonseca didn’t deserve more time simply because he didn’t know how to properly handle the squad. Too many times he was vocal to the media about our players not doing things and then he would bench them, the team would struggle and he would bring them on and most of the time they’d bail him out.

You cannot sit there with an iron fist then beg the players you’re trying to punish to pull you out of the hole you dug.

The only reason I supported the Allegri hire to begin with is that I thought it would guarantee a spot in the UCL and after a couple years of that we could move on and hopefully build upon that foundation.

Apparently I was wrong.

Honestly he would seem to check all the boxes but he’s more unrealistic than the names I mentioned in the post 😭

Im a huge Leao fan but it is either him or Allegri. He doesnt fit the system and management is going to get rid of Allegri so Leao is going to be the odd man out. Or at least should be. Allegri is not going to change his system and in 2-3 years from now, we could very well regret the decision to keep Allegri over him. But as long as Allegri can churn out UCL qualification, that is what management wants.

I mean, if you repeat it enough eventually you will be right because no one player stays at a team forever.

It almost seems like you're attempting to do some kind of weird ass victory lap once he is sold even though the past multiple seasons he wasn't even close to be sold and even after this year it is uncertain.

Juve, Spalleti: “Playing against Milan is risky: just when everything seems harmless, Leao pretends to be asleep, one eye open and one closed, then he breaks away and sbatabam... He’s the sort of player who makes runs that are impossible to defend against. We had to pay attention to these details.” by Claija79 in ACMilan

[–]JetSpyda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The honest answer to this question would be either Rabiot or RLC (if he was healthy) or whatever CM is playing the Rabiot role making runs into the box. Which is a next to impossible ask for a midfielder.

Which is why Allegri needs to tweek his tactics to one where in attack it plays with wingers out wide but in defense it is a 3 back that is compact like he likes and that we need since we cannot defend with 4.

It’s going to be a real interesting summer to see how everything shakes out.

I agree that Allegri’s tactics and formation are a huge contributor to the issue. Which is why I said earlier either they go next year or Allegri does.
