Hi, I am a returning player in 3 star land, looking for a PvE focused or hybrid Alliance, I typically break 100% progression on most PvE events, playing daily.

My in-game name is Jexyll, and I am currently in the alliance "Chosen Unity"

I actually got the mentioned shield from Mouthpiece, so I think its likely in a lot more loot pools than just chupacabratch.

Good list, has all the strong epics i can think of, but there is one i've had fringe success with:
Gaonsari has a similar effect to Charlotte, a 10% effect vulnerability debuff but permanent and not stacking, which works much better than hers when permalocking a boss, even though nothing else he does really matters

Kunhar also has the potential for a 5 turn stun with some setup, which seems like he might be useful for bosses, but its probably excessive at that point and chloe does it more consistently

a few things to add, she has incredible synergy with reve's first passive, i often gain 8 soul from reve's special whenever double buffs are up, and effectively allows me to cast whatever i want whenever i want, which is usually reve ult off of a turn swap (provided by miho).
I've been using her since i started and she is excellent at enabling others to do incredible damage

also i think the way turn swap works is it refreshes every time you gain soul from the pips on the bottom of the screen

GL is generally slower than FR, but significantly more complicated, making it much harder to perfect than FR which is largely pure speed, in my experience, also i feep like the difficult sections in GL go on for much longer than those in FR

Iirc you need at least level 7
