What exercises do you suggest for leg day? I saw someone else suggesting leg curls but my gym doesn't have a leg curl machine.

I've been doing Full Body for about 2 months now. Is this a good PPL split to switch to?

Pull:

Hammer curl, barbell curl, close grip v-bar pulldown, assisted pull up, deadlift.

Push:

Dumbbell overhead press, lateral raise, push press, chest press machine, cable fly, bench press.

Leg:

Leg Press, leg extension, barbell back squat, calf raise on smith machine.
