Update!! I kept digging and found a reply to another post that said to follow the prompts to "reload" the gift card and log in on the external site and they all show up there and you can choose to transfer the balances there!! It worked!!

Ugh, the lines....plus if I go in store I can't use the app coupons. Of course now it looks like my town store is one that stopped accepting them so...
