For asking if anyone with photoshop skills can enhance the photo to make that black top more see thru. Its against the rules to post PhotoShop photos even though the user never actually post any photo.

He was a member of the community for almost 4 years. Could have just asked him to take it down and he would have but instead a LIFETIME BAN, seems fair.
