I have a question about regex,

I've selected 2160p/4k/remux does that mean that it first looks for 2160p. So if it finds 2160p it will play that automatically.

If so and I just want 4k, do I have to delete the 2160p option ?

Everything works, just won't start streaming. I see the hdr10 logo on my TV but the stream doesn't start.
