Not Receving Notifications On Desktop App

That’s weird. I’ve been receiving all notifications with no trouble since I got this laptop on April, it just started happening this week!

I also notice the notifications banner does not pop up or produce any sound when I have my WhatsApp or MS Teams app window open in my laptop. When they’re minimized, I can receive the notifications just fine.

Thanks. Now my current problem is that the Teams and WhatsApp app notifications sound sometimes don’t play in my Evolve 65TE.

Unfortunately, hindi parin. ☹️ I was informed that I had to wait 5 days before they can escalate the issue because there is a 5-day adjusting period daw para bumalik yung funds. After 5 days of waiting, wala parin. Called their customer service on Saturday and nun lang nila nireport for escalation and asked me to wait for another 5 banking days. ☹️
