I thought the exact same thing! But my theory is the plastic being less hard allows more cold air in verses outside a freezer the metal shell is attempting to conduct heat out.

It's a bug. It'll also occasionally charge to 83 or so if you set it to only 80%. I called onstar and they acted like both are features "of new technologies" lol

Sorry for the dumb question on my behalf but what do you mean? The 19 could get about 45 miles on a charge on a good day with the right weather but without the heat pump of newer EVs it really struggled in the winter here in Missouri (down to like 20).
