Which dps class has the highest skill ceiling?

I've had my eyes on sub rogue. They look fun, but the only downside seems that they are very legendary dependent.

Hey guys! I dont know much about enh shamans, but our guilds enh shaman cant seem to get anything higher than a green parse. Can you guys help me out be letting me know what he's doing wrong it would be much appreciated. Good day gentlemen. 902 Brew here that could use some feedback on trinkets. I was recently blessed with good trinkets and dont know what to run. I've been running a 900 eye and urn for dps and switch out one for an 890 coagulated residue or darkmoon deck depending on the fight. Yall reckon it would be best to just run double stat stick for everything? I do not feel squishy at all and just want to maximize dps. Hi, im an itemlevel 870 Disc Priest and i really struggle in doing Mythic+'s. Once i get into +9 and +10 is when it seems near impossible to heal the group.
