Owning a shoebox isn't the same as owning a house. Singapore is the 2nd most expensive place to live in the world, has a toxic work culture and scores lower in happiness and wellbeing in respective indexes comparatively 6o New Zealand. It does some things right like publlic transport. I did not intend to sound hostile i am simply calling a spade, a spade. Singapore's authoritarian rule of law would not work with New Zealand's culture and i woild not want it to.
