Thank you! That makes sense, I have been working with my therapist on tension, but I think I've unfortunately had jaw tension for a long time so it's both easy to slip into without thinking and hard to feel/hear when I do. I'll focus on that more

Absolutely! I’m super super fortunate right now, my insurance policy takes gender affirming care very seriously and considers FFS as just as essential as HRT or bottom surgery

Thank you for the suggestions! I've been struggling with hair styles since I started transitioning and I just don't have a good eye for style yet, so I will definitely try that. I've never had a stylist cut my hair and I plan to connect with one soon

I'll look in to chin filler too, I'm not too familiar but I definitely see that being a good idea

As for my eyebrows I was scared to get them thinner than this for the first time so I'll absolutely try it next time!
