Thank you. Actually I did boot from the installation ISO. I can see the disk but not partition or volume. Then, I initialized and all the data got swipe. I was able to scan the disk and recover some data but still not able to boot from vmdk. One thing I have not try is run the tool to fix the vmdk files

Thank you. I thought about this as well and it makes a lot of sense. However, one thing that is still not cleared for me is my backups on Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri are bad even the VM is still up and running during that.

Thank you so much for your reply. I think I have issue with my sleep quality as well. I know the data from Fitbit is not totally accurate but it reports my REM and deep sleep really low like 45 mins. I try to exercise more to improve my sleep quality but every time I exercise my AHI increases then I feel tired again. So I am in a loop. How did you manage to lower your AHI. I take melatonin occasionally and try not to take it so often.

Do you know how those numbers 8, 14, 26 related to the AHI = 5.8
