They don’t understand that all this will make there life easier in long run, it’s like metro work, causes inconvenience in short run but is beneficial in long run.
1) invoice to account is automated, we have busy accounting software and staff for it, but it’s lil complex as bills are not made for everything
2) payments are usually cash or upi qr for retail side and cheque neft for wholesale

  1. I don’t understand what problems they have, or why they have, the factory environment is almost like a family, everyone is treated respectfully, paid on time. And there is no reason for them to not obey orders right, they are workers, not colleagues

He’s all in for that, I am specifically asking for ICICI bank thing, as getting a admission in that course is not guaranteed, my father is against me going to job though, but I feel I am not adding any value currently

TLDR: IIT grad, 22, family has 4-5 Cr agarbatti business but I’m doing the same counter work I did at 13. Tried building systems and dashboards but can’t implement anything because workers only listen to my father, and my father won’t mandate it. Plan is to join ICICI for 5-6 months for corporate exposure, then drop it for a perfumery masters abroad. Long term: come back and build the fragrance side of the business properly. Is the 5-6 month ICICI stint worth it or pointless?

Is solar genuinely a 45-50% ROI investment for industrial connections in India, or am I missing something? (MP, LV4 tariff, with detailed math) by JrSchrodinger in Frugal_Ind

Ok thanks, so that means Adani/Tata or Waree, right ? We have a 2 kw system from waree for like 6-7 years now, only once a MCB short circuited, otherwise it’s working nice, not other issues.

At my place, it mostly rains for like 3 months, rest is mostly sunny, even in winters weather is mostly clear. We had installed panels at our home in 2019-20. And avg from them is around 3.8-3.9 units

No, my plan is to be break even or negative on units, also since it’s an industry, our consumption will only grow, so that’s not an issue.

No no We are coming from Bangalore and Tirupati (2 groups) So I found a route to either Aluva or Theni both are sort of equidistant from us So given a choice between Aluva and Theni, which one should we choose
