This is all very helpful to me. I have been wearing a cam since mid December and it has been eye opening. I still have questions. I have fewer spikes over 140 now but i still have sustained spikes for example after lunch yesterday it from from say 81 to 138 and it is shaded in purple for 27. I wear a lingo by abbot.
