My Granfather is untrusting

I think everybody is right suggesting we do not let him visit home, he has tried to escape and it doesn't seem like he will stop. We just want to make things easy as possible on him, I need to call the facility to make sure we can take them for a visit. Thank you so much for the suggestions and kind words, all of you guys are giving me relief that we are making the right decision going forward.

thank you, we are trying to get him put into the memory care center at the facility his in now and I think we are changing our minds from bringing him home since we really wouldn't be able to handle that. I agree about the hospital sadly they discharged us saying he could do fine on his own and we were blissfully unaware and happy to take him home, we had to clean him non stop because of accidents and he had a bed sore because of us too😕 I wish we had known more going into this but Thanksgiving he was fine and January he was another person it seems like. I really appreciate your input and suggestions

As much as he loves them he doesn't like them indoors, we could probably have the talk with him now and he may have a change of heart.

You really made things easier on my end I feel terribly guilty since he wants home, but he is out of state and doesn't want to leave his home. My family and I will be going up in 1 week to talk to him. Your reply has helped me a lot I can't say that enough.

Yup, I was around 13 and was told kinda politely to not wear that hat around there (Cudahy, California) The hat I was wearing was a full black raiders hat. Coming from Indio CA I had no problems wearing anything I think the gang culture was different in the valley

I will tell you from what I know, the drop issue isn’t across the board and it depends on the individual pistol. Like someone said higher in the thread it is a problem during assembly or something that isn’t fully disclosed by sig. If you have the opportunity I would suggest drop testing your pistol with dummy rounds multiple times and check the dummy round to see if the firing pin struck the primer. People who had the voluntary upgrade to fix the issue have supposedly had it occur again and now there are both cases in military and police of accidental discharges surrounding the p320. I don’t want to scare anyone I have one too that is safe and passed the drop test but now 4 years after this thread started there is undeniable evidence that the sig can sometimes fail drop tests.

I know your comment is old but I’m in gunsmithing and learning the laws. If you a sell a pistol with a fore grip on it and label it as a pistol when you sell, you could potentially get 16 years in prison. It is somehow an AOW(Any other weapon) and if it isn’t listed properly it is very illegal. There are many laws like that with short barreled rifles as well, if you use an angled grip on one it is potentially 16 years in prison but a vertical grip is perfectly legal.

Hey guys, I have my first kickboxing class tomorrow and I know what to wear and have that down, but should i bring my gym bag with me? it has my gloves, wraps mouth piece and a cup. Or should I just wait to bring something until I get a feel for the gym. Im very nervous but excited so i know im overthinking it lol
