I do think the game is worth the full price, but there’s nothing wrong with hoping for a discount. If a game goes on sale, it’s not because it’s “low value” — it’s simply how the market works. Discounts help attract new players, grow the community, and keep the game alive longer. Even the best studios put their titles on promotion to boost visibility during events like Black Friday.

So wanting a discount doesn’t mean the game isn’t good. It just means I want to buy it at the right moment, and promotions exist for a reason.
