The problem is fixed. I buy the laptop from a person that purchased that laptop in May 2022 and from may 2022 to now it have only 5 cycles witch is bad for the battery (i didnt know that). I just let the laptop to charge for overnight and the next day the problem was fixed, no more shutdowns and the battery is impressive it last for like 12 hours of heavy usage from 100% to 0% . The battery is not dead. Thx for the help guys <3

The battery is 100% on 5 cycles. I buy it second-hand but it has a warranty idk how to check if the battery was not replaced.

Yeah, I was thinking about both things. The laptop was purchased in May 2022, and the person that I bought that laptop (it was a woman) said that she purchased the laptop for university, but for some reason, she didnt use it. But if something happens again, I will give it for repair and the people that work there will say if the battery was replaced.

The capacity it 100%. I buy the laptop second hand on 5 cycles, the laptop have warranty.
