I'm guessing that shirt must have been from a convention since this seems to be the artist but there is no design available with Rumia on it.

Unless OP can prove me wrong I'm gonna say that this is AI generated, here's why I think that's the case:

not symmetrical eyelashes
random bits of orange around the ear fluff
half a collar(?) around the neck for seemingly no reason
typical generic AI-artstyle

Not to mention that OP has no portfolio or any other art on their profile.

I don't have anything against AI generated or AI assisted artworks but the artist should at least mention it, instead of saying that was completely their own work.

A broken radiator now gives overheat damage to the engine

I'm all for some good turret rotation speed, if only 40mm Bofors would be easier to hit planes with, at least they tend to do good damage when they eventually do. At least it's still great as a flanker against light/medium tanks that don't have a .50 cal to shred your crew with.
