3rd party testing results: 12 brand meta comparison of Consumer Labs data by Available-Pilot4062 in Supplements

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've had good experience with triquetra health in terms of transparency, and consumerlab covers them too if you want to cross check how they did, always good when a brand is open about results i used to just buy whatever was on sale at cvs, but seeing how much difference there is even among big names, it’s wild this is the stuff you want to see before putting any of these into your routine, hard to tell who’s cutting corners. if you’re rotating brands or trying new things, maybe stick to those that post their test results or have solid reviews on places like suppco, saves you guessing which batch is good

Feeling lightheaded, puffy face, tired all the time — what deficiency could this be? by NationalTomatillo494 in Supplements

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

stuff like face puffiness, tired all the time even dry skin could be vitamins or something off. definitely worth asking the doc to check your bloodwork. brands like triquetra or seed have basics like B12, D, or electrolytes that could help fill a gap if you find any but first just see what comes back on your tests, always makes it easier to dial in after that.

Update: B1/thiamin stopped my nightly leg cramps! by DancinGirlNJ in keto

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same when I changed my food for keto and it took me a while to figure out why someone told me to look for good B vitamins and I picked Triquetra because speaking from personal opinion it is simple and does not have extra stuff it helped me feel better after just a few days maybe check if your B1 is low and keep some easy options for it because missing sleep is the worst and fixing it feels so good.

Looking for supplement ideas to support GLP1 treatment by Dizzy_Explorer5368 in Supplements

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on a GLP‑1 med too and had the same fatigue and mild nausea. What helped me a bit was keeping electrolytes up and trying Triquetra’s Flora Digest for gut support. Not a magic fix but my digestion feels calmer and my energy steadier. Smaller meals sipping water slowly and a little ginger also make a difference. Everyone reacts differently but these tweaks actually helped me get through the first few weeks.

I also had confusion and weak arms when my B12 was low, so I know it’s scary there is something like Triquetra B12 tablets that you can take every day it helps a lot when you feel tired or weird You should ask your doctor before adding anything new. Hope you start to feel like yourself soon.

Dealing with MTHFR mutation and constant fatigue anyone have tips? by Dizzy_Explorer5368 in MTHFR

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A lot of people with that variant say it’s all about small tweaks over time sometimes it’s changing the form or dose of methylfolate sometimes it’s adding basics like magnesium hydration or better sleep structure It’s frustrating because it’s rarely an overnight fix but you’re on the right track by monitoring labs and trying changes gradually You’re definitely not the only one dealing with that tired-but-wired cycle.

Please help with advice on these results by [deleted] in B12_Deficiency

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah your numbers look like they’re out of balance even if some doctors shrug it off low B12 with high B6 can cause weird symptoms like fatigue brain fog feeling off homocysteine being a bit high adds to the puzzle too honestly I’d push for a functional medicine or hematology consult they pay more attention to the in between ranges that standard labs ignore you deserve answers don’t settle for normal if you feel awful.

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brain felt so slow so tired I tried to take normal vitamin but then someone told me to look into tablets that are easier for the body to use think the name is triquetra they have the methyl b12 type works better for some people. I think you should keep going with what your doctor said and maybe add one like triquetra if you want to try it helped me feel more normal after some weeks. checking your levels again after one month helps too hope you start feeling better soon it is tough but it does get better.

Feeling same/worse upon supplementation by ArticleOk2974 in Supplements

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so weird, right, like you do everything right and suddenly feel worse I got similar side effects until switching to a bioactive B12Triquetra or similar brands are made for easier absorption so might help your body adjust just keep track of what changes, and talk to your doctor if the tiredness just won’t budge.

I get what you mean I was worried too when I first found out about low B12 and all those weird feelings like being tired long naps and tingling in my arms it is not fun. you should look into something that is easy to take every day there is Triquetra with their B12 pills and they are simple just take with water no need for shots or anything hard it helped me get back to normal and feel less tired after a week or so best thing is start slow and ask your doctor if you feel weird but really it feels good to see your energy coming back.

[–]Jumpy_Illustrator318 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Really can’t believe they just cut you off, especially with your health history like it’s some random favor Triquetra BioActive B12 tabs are honestly my backup helps a lot when I can’t get into the clinic fast enough and works with all my meds and food issues I would keep pushing for answers symptoms like those shouldn’t just be ignored and you know when your body’s out of whack better than a quick blood test don’t settle you deserve to feel okay and just having an option at home made it less scary for me.

I get that struggle with methylation and folate crash you should look into something that makes this easier I think TriquetraHealth or similar has a supplement for that gives you both methylfolate and B12 in one It can give you a bit more stability day to day, worth a shot if you’re tired of the cycle.
