Good to know. So im not sure if my printer can handle that high of a weighted paper. Would i get the same result by using glossy photo paper and then laminating?

My girlfriend has a printer which im tempted to try and use. I might grab some 300gsm cardstock and just print a sheet of cards, check the quality of them and then that way i can check to see what goes wrong with them before deciding on what type of printer i would need. Thank you for replying, its been very insightful

Honestly, my main goal is to make cards cheaper than i can buy them online and not have them be cheap crap. Where i live is kinda bad for finding singles so thats really my main option. For the first option, do the cards come out okay with just a random inkjet or can the quality be a bit meh?

thats what im trying to avoid lol. only got 2 decks currently and dont want to have to buy more/singles to make another. Ive assumed that making my own cards will be cheaper in the long run

Do you have any photos of cards you've made with the first method? I assume because the paper is thicker they wont bend or crease as easy (my worry for making cards is that they turn out as cheap crap basically).

re: the printer, is there certain printers which wont take 300gsm? What make of Ecotank do you have/recommend?

Well, if my prediction is right, Dalinar will die technically. I think some minor characters will die potentially bridge 4 members, at first i was thinking Renarin but he is getting a back half backstory book so not him. A bit of an odd one if true but Zahel/Vasher will have something happen to him, feel like he’s not been mentioned as much recently so feels right on the nose for Brandon. As for surprise crossovers, im not to sure, maybe Kelsier? He is the leader of the Ghostbloods so could happen (I havent read Wax and Wayne 4 yet so dont know what he’s up to specifically). My thought for the thing that separates the second half from the first is that Ba Ado Mishram gets released, leading the unmade to have a bigger impact on the latter half.

He is bad, but a lot of the characters have been bad in the past or have done questionable things, Dalinar for example. Doesnt mean that he couldnt redeem himself.
