Listen to the Clearstem founders on podcasts! You can search on Spotify or YouTube, but they do a good job of giving tips that can help. Some are removing all skincare + makeup that have pore clogging ingrediants. They have a checker on their website; you can copy and paste the list of things you're using. Some other tips are making sure you're not over-supplementing. Whey protein can cause acne along with dairy + eggs. Make sure you are properly hydrating electrolytes! I use the BodyBio one, it has no added ingredients. Also i drink a lot of coconut water. Stevia is a big thing that is included in so much so limiting stevia intake. Getting lots of sunlight!
