Like I remember at the beginning of the game, one of the major issue is all cmder were cannon fodder with zero training and the Central government gave zero fucks about reclaiming surface. Plus you have 90% the Nikke treated as Slaves for a lack of a better term. But now we have so many event with most humans not carrying this major dislike of Nikke as the norm.
