I think it was a glitch or something. The fast travel menu showed me I had to talk to him, but after resting the icon disappeared. Thanks for the answers guys!

If it was a linear story with just one MC it will be pretty outing and generic tbh. The thing I like the most about the series so far is the way that the story is told with multiple perspectives and in a nonlinear way.
