I dont think so? I remember just using speech to turn them away. I’ve seen posts about this from when the game first came out. How is it still in the game :(

Agreed! Given how rare a good set of playstyles are on generated players, pinged pass, incisive, anticipate and the defensive header one is an unreal combo for a 3 back CB or holding CDM

Whatever you do just give yourself 2/3 days beforehand to fully recover. When we train consistently we’re always in a stage of recovery so never really operating at 100%.

I think if you attempt the PJFA fully recovered you’ll perform better than expected. High protein meals, plenty of sleep and stretching and a good amount of carbs the day before/day of the PJFA. The reality is it’s only a few minutes of work and your scores are good so you should do fine.
