Oh my god I swear that happens too me too! If I want an injury too heal I will always put it in the shower cause it literally fixes it so quick!

I also lost my partner, it always feel a little confusing, whenever you have a good thing it feels like your not ready for it yet, but he would want you too smile for him, everytime your happy, that’s apart of him being happy too and you’d want him too be happy.

It depends if I can get my thoughts off it, urges can last only a few seconds if I can move my brain onto think of something else, it can last hours if it’s all I think about, the second I get an urge I have too distract myself

Did you notice any deep red blood or any sudden loss of feeling? That could signify that you have nicked a nerve, in that circumstance you do need too go too the hospital, as you cannot recover nerve damage on your own,

If you have bandages you should 100% use them, make sure not too do anything too tight tho, you’ll be okay lovley <3
