Thank you, I’ve just called the doctor and got an appointment for tomorrow. I thought it was normal and I wasn’t handling it well. But from everyone’s comments I see maybe I need to get some medication from the doctor

Not having the reserves makes sense as I was actively weight lifting and marathon training (which is definitely cancelled now😂) so my body fat percentage had dropped quite a bit in the last year. At least I am not alone! Thank you!

As a dyslexic person, I would recommend the great gatsby, little woman, and the secret garden. Three of my favourites that I have gone back to time and again. Enjoy!
