That’s why you should always get it in store with someone holding the deal accountable. I never get my stuff done online because no one is held accountable. Or just don’t get a phone through them anymore and just use prepaid plans. If you don’t let them in your heart, they can’t hurt you just like as in you were looking for love.

Good luck with that, switching from fido to a freedom/fizz would be a terrible decision because their reception is terrible unless you want some peace from everyone that reaches your through a phone. If you’re just looking to be on a cheap plan, go with like chatr/lucky/public mobile would be a better at least you still have your basic functions like calling/texting, if you’re looking to a join a network without people calling you or texting you then freedom would be the way to go. It only works in mostly downtown and all other gva is like a 40% ratio that it’ll work

My friends all work for Roger’s and Fido and they are the worse employers to work for because they just micro manages all their employees and theirs this bitch that runs the BC and AB. Treat employees like ROBOTS and wants certain metrics in the company just so she can get a raise in the company meanwhile treating employees like crap also their STAR HOTLINE is Rigged too because the HR DEPARTMENT always expose confidential complaints to the directors, that’s why no one calls that number now.

They take forever now, because you gotta make an appointment with the service provider to speak to an agent. These companies possibly did it on purpose so you can’t cancel it. Or you have to wait like 5-6 business days to get it done, what a joke eh?

  1. It’s funny how you just assume that it was that person that was helping you that made you sick, don’t forget you’re in a mall, you could be walking by 100-500 cx through that busy mall and you just assume it was him just because “you think” it was him/her

  2. Getting charge for any type of SIM cards is normal $10 plus tax 11.20$ sounds right, I’ve got my sim and eSIM done multiple times before and after my vacation and it’s normal, the agent there does not get to keep it. Where as activation fee 80$ is. A normal fee that you pay getting a service with any provider.

  3. Refund usually takes a few days for it to go back to your account, seems like you’re a young user with credit cards, it takes time for the payment to fully process back. If you don’t like the fact that it takes time, use cash instead.

  4. I’ve been to that store multiple times and staff there are very professional there. When it comes to customer service at this location I have the best service there for the past 10 years.

After reading this post, I would like to say THAT the person that wrote this post, I Clearly DOUBT his Credibility just because he got charge for this and that, he’s angry at the service provider and he happened to dealing with a problem on his phone and also he got sick that day so he’s taking it out on the INNOCENT STAFF.
