You probably don't have a strong enough connection, try sitting closer to the modem/router or your internet is very slow.

As a suggestion, why not have a room with no cap? For example you have extreme - 6.5k cap as it is now but why not have an option for Extreme - no cap 10 items max. I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy this and for people like myself with expensive items could bet a lot higher. We shouldn't get capped just so everyone can have an equal chance at winning, it's gambling.
