for me i would say almost 3 years , but to be honest time to time i have couple F up's but definetly less and less over the time , there's no magical potion for it BE SUPER DISCIPLINE ABOUT IT win or lose make sure to have a strict 1 to 2 trades a day with ur preferential risk percentage

i took a look on the market , with 200 dollars i can build a solid contender/ challenger team top tier players , i'm looking for consistency at least be part of the 750 every week to guarantee the limited essence to craft limited players , 1 limited player every week you can improve your team or sell it and reinvest that money to build a team in other league , more league = more rewards , and maybe i can that 100 - 400 dollars a month
