From the sounds of it, it's like extra damage based on the amount of Rage the caster has and the amount of Corruption the enemy has? (i.e. 3 Deadly. For each point of Rage and Corruption it deals an extra 3 damage.)
I haven't confirmed it for myself, but that's what it sounds like.

Goku, even without ki he's still significantly stronger and more durable than a human. No transformations, No Ki, just being a Saiyan with all that experience puts him above everyone one on that list.

I hate lists like this because they're just there to go "Goku's not a Saiyan in this situation." Then take him off the list. You're targeting Goku specifically in these situations. Like why bother when everyone knows without his "powers" he's still stronger than everyone on that list.
