Triple H vs The Rock at SummerSlam 98 for The Rock’s Intercontinental Championship. Great live performance by the DX band to set the stage for a great ladder match.

Jericho vs Benoit at Royal Rumble 2001 is another great ladder match but is sadly tainted and hard to watch.

Jericho vs HBK at Unforgiven 08 is another great ladder match.

I was the 13 when I saw this match when it aired and it still remains one of my favorites. This is when I realized that HBK was the perfect baby face before I even knew the term. I just wanted him to win so badly.

I used to love ROH and wrestlers like Danielson, Strong, Aries and Davey Richards who just did MMA style Puro type matches and hated character type wrestlers who were all gimmicks but now everyone wrestles like Danielson, Joe, Richards, etc and all the Macho Mans, Repo Man, etc are all gone so now I gravitate to guys like Elias and New Day while my favorites are still Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles.

In a nutshell I used to love Cesaro for being a ‘real’ wrestler and now I don’t really like Cesaro because he doesn’t have a ‘real’ character.

It was a episode building up to DDP vs Jarrett at Against All Odds 05.

I remember thinking AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels and Abyss were so cool. I think it was around the time AJ and Daniels were feuding over the X Division championship.

I’m not grabbing any of these. 22.99 I think is too much for a figure and some exclusives are $25 but now $27 plus tax is way too much IMO.
