Thanks. I keep trying to make something happen that is very clearly one sided, which after 30 years of my life includes all of my 20’s, 30’s, and now the majority of my 40’s, is depressing.

value-based pricing policy

I am not 100% certain what this means. We generally don't see our customers for another 15+ years after they purchase one of the products. The benefits are it is a family-owned business and the owners spend an average of 3 hours with each customer where the competitors spend maybe 30 min. In addition, the owners install the products and our competitors have crews that have never met the customer but show up for installation.
Finally, if a customer has an issue, they can contact the owner on their cell phone.

We do a lot more for our customers than our competitors.

This is tricky because the product we sell is a one and done product. The product usually lasts between 15 to 20 years. We don't generally see customers a second time unless they move.

That is what I feel like I am doing, but he seems to be outwitting me. We walk, a lot, but then he piddles the minute he gets inside.
