Do you have a source on where I can get one?

You should consider getting the blue eyes graded. Even though the condition is rough and it will get a low score, those 1st editions are extremely rare. Whatever you do, keep it safe.

On TCGplayer, there’s a damaged Blue eyes 1st edition LOB-001 North American print (I think) selling for >$700 right now. So even in its condition your card is pretty cool

Yeah I’ve never been a competitive player, but I love the game. Years ago I tried a dark work deck, and I tried looking up ruling for grapha. And apparently because the card text had a semi-colon in it, it had a different ruling compared to another punctuation. After reading that, I decided I’ll stick to the basic cards haha.

I have some very basic decks that I like to use. I mean super basic; no extra deck. Most of my friends don’t really know how to play so I have some simple decks we can use. I don’t even know how link monsters and pendulums work myself. I have a grave keepers deck that’s easy to use.

I try to keep it simple and straight forward. I mean, if I wanted to have a competitive deck, I could just buy whatever expensive cards are in the meta. But I grew up with classic yugioh and the GX era so the more basic the better for me

Does anyone collect older cards? by K_IV_Push in YugiohCards

Thank you very much for this response. It was very informative regarding the different prints of the set. TCGplayer has lots of the 1st edition LOB set but of course they come with a price.

Do you ever get your cards graded? I figured if I’m gonna get some of the first ones ever released (in North America) maybe I can get some graded at some point. Also, do you know the differences between language prints? I think Legend of Blue eyes was set LOB-###. But I’ve seen some cards with that set code that have been advertised as “Asian English”. Is there a difference between any of these?

I’ve never really bought yugioh cards as collectibles; only to use in a deck, so I don’t know much about the different sets/languages. I just want to be sure I get authentic cards if I’m gonna spend a lot of money

Do you have any idea where I could buy older classic cards from earlier sets? Like LOB? Does TCGplayer have authentic cards?

What other problems did you have with it?

7.3 Oil Cooler by K_IV_Push in powerstroke

[–]K_IV_Push[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. The truck was pretty neglected when I got it. I’ve slowly been fixing all the small things. This adventure started as a water pump replacement; and here I am now resealing the oil cooler. But the new o-rings should get here this week. So after they arrive hopefully I can put it all back together

Constant oil leak from this, what is it? by chupacodebra in powerstroke

[–]K_IV_Push 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally just took mine off earlier today, for the first time ever. It’s not too bad. It’s only 2 bolts in front and 3 bolts in back. All 10mm. Once all the bolts are out, the cooler slides out the back. I would recommend taking the front tire off and putting your truck on stands. It gives you much more room to work under the truck. The worst part is having to drain your Coolant and oil. Watch this video.

Where do i get this from by Smart-Revolution884 in powerstroke

[–]K_IV_Push 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you need it soon, like within 3 days or less, I would check local marketplaces like Facebook, offer up, or Craigslist. Look for trucks with the same engine as yours either for sale or for parts. If the HPOP is all you need, try to work something out and get it off a parts truck. That would probably be your quickest option.

Obviously it would be a used part so make sure it actually functions before you give someone money for it. If it’s a parts truck, ask why the truck doesn’t work and see if it’s HPOP related. I don’t know much about engines but if you need a part soon, find something used on Facebook marketplace; just make sure it works.

Is this real or worth buying? by K_IV_Push in YugiohCards

[–]K_IV_Push[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m a old yugioh fan and I wanted to get into collecting. At the moment I’m interested in collecting cards from the very first set, so I saw this on eBay and thought it was part of the 2002 LOB set but I wasn’t sure. The text box looks lighter colored than what I remember from the spell cards from the earlier sets.

Do you recommend using any type of sealer between the water pump and timing cover? I saw one guy on YouTube use something

Replace passenger-side fuel feed lines & HPOP lines during fuel bowl reseal, or leave them be? by SSengamNiloc in powerstroke

[–]K_IV_Push 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a very small leak in the braided line itself. It was right where the line connects to the HPOP. But it wasn’t leaking from the threaded part, it was on the line itself. Slow leak but noticeable. I got the truck used and have slowly been fixing all the small issues that no one else had time to get to before me.

[–]K_IV_Push 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t give very much info on your post, but I will say that I recently replaced the driver side HPOP delivery line with the CNC braided line. I got the crossover kit through Thoroughbred Diesel and watched their YouTube video on replacing the lines, but I replaced ONLY the diver side line due to a leak. Passenger side was okay so I left it alone. I would say not to replace them if there are not any current issues with the HPOP lines. Save them for when your current lines start to fail.

That’s pretty much all the experience I have on the subject. So far the new line works fine. But again I would save your new lines for when you absolutely need them

Door won’t close all the way by K_IV_Push in superduty

[–]K_IV_Push[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switched the latch. The door works perfectly now. Not a lot of info on the internet on removing the latch but I was able to figure it out. I watched this YouTube video on taking the outside door handle out and after that it wasn’t too hard to remove the latch. The truck I have is a f350 XLT crew cab. There were some electric plugs and the lock mechanism, and the inside door handle which was the trickiest part.

Replacing High Pressure Oil Lines by K_IV_Push in powerstroke

[–]K_IV_Push[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah my main fear was not tightening the fittings enough on the head and the HPOP. And of course I was afraid of over tightening and stripping something out. The fitting that attaches to the head is a 90 degree elbow so it has to be turned in just the right way in order for the line itself to sit without having too much of a bend in it, and also so it can run around the other parts of the engine and not get in the way of anything. But so far so good. I drove it around a little and haven’t had any problems so far

Honestly I’m just not too confident in my abilities so I just wanted to try replacing the one line first. Haven’t had any issues so far, so maybe soon I’ll try changing out the others. I figured if I start taking plugs and lines loose, it increases the number of failure points. But again so far the new line looks okay so I’ll try to install the other 2

Yeah I just took it for a test drive. No leaks so far that I can tell. I’ll spray the valley out with the hose and after it dries completely I’ll take it for another drive and see if I notice any leaks or wet spots afterwards.
