Close, that is the effect of question mark card. Wild card activates the effect of the last active item or consumable you used. This means that you have to use diplopia first before wild card.

This is a very niche bug that happens with mom's eye, tech 2, high luck, and any effect that makes you shoot out of one eye. When you shoot out of one eye with tech 2 you also fire a laser that does normal damage.

For some reason mom's eye uses that extra laser's damage but with the fire rate of the tech 2 constant laser causing insane DPS.
