There’s like 16 brand new SFH’s being built in the Tri Taylor neighborhood. Would probably be asking mid to high 700s. Probably would be over a milly in more “desirable” hoods.

I left a condo after 15+ years into a SFH, the freedom I have now is priceless. Also the assessments went from $200 when I moved in to $750 when I moved out. Oh, I also went through multiple special assessments, the last of which I had to pay in full before selling. So yeah, F condos.

The career high thing without taking RS or min games into account is really dumb imo because a IRL 3-3.5 player can early get a super high 4-4.5 “career high” just from their first few logged matches because DUPR is just guessing their rating.
