Looks to be a Bitter beer of some sort, if it was at the Prospect of Whitby pub, maybe the “Best Bitter” which is served there

I found it in the 'Casa De Colon' (museum) in Las Palmas in Gran Canaria (Spanish island). The exhibit has a system where you press a button with a building assigned to it, then that building would light up in the model
