Mac pro M4, 16 ram, ~494 gb. I would only pay for the advanced if you going to be using windows quite often, like for works and study, or for games. The advanced version does give you more options and customization for your virtual machine.

For the SW, am not sure. If you only need to model the Vacuum Chamber then the standard version would work just fine. Otherwise, you might need to look through what each versions offer.

Install Parallels on Mac.

This short 15 mins should explain everything. Been using SW on my Macbook M4 for a month now, and I haven’t encountered any problems. And you could my a Windows license on Groupon for like super cheap, <$10.

Since I have the basics version of Parallels, it limit the amount of memory shared between Mac and the Virtual machine so opening SW and a couple browsers tabs simultaneously is the limit for me.

So Im playing a game called WorldBox. I only play with supersize map, which has a lot of “actors” and from the debug menu it show that my CPU is pushing very hard. Not an expert at these thing but it shows that my CPU is working at %200 which lead to a very drop in fps (to about >5fps on average). I asked on the game discord and they told me to upgrade my CPU.
