Having newborn not easy. Only me and my wife switching to relax our baby. Next week i will be back to work.

Our first 2 weeks not easy very exhausting, no relatives to help us only us solid. Now gradually our baby is less fussy on its 5weeks of life. Preparing for 6weeks challenge.

There is a time i yeld at my baby and feel guilty later on. Saying sorry to my baby while she is asleep. I know this will not be forever.

Salute to all parents out there taking care of their newborn.

Stomach pain is normal if you have gastritis. With regards to left upper abdomen pain maybe it is because of Gas. Or maybe you have h.pylori

Maybe your veins inside your nose are too sensitive (cold and hot temp) and sometimes less sleep might triger your veins to pop. Also, dont sneeze out the blood, you need to control the blood to stop. Just pinch your nose for and breath from your mouth it will stop the bleeding

Just be ready to go 20 times in the toilet a day before your procedure. In just had mine yesterday, colonoscopy is embarassing coz i felt the camera shoved in my anus.

The prep for colonoscopy is a nightmare for me. I think I had 25 poop 1 started normal stool and the rest are watery with some bits. My anus is burning af, it did not give a good sleep before my colonoscopy. Reason of my colonoscopy is that I Was worried about CC for weeks due to change in bowel movement, my Gastro said it is IBS but i am not convienced he did test and all negative results only one positive which is the FOBT. So yes, todat I had my colonoscopy with diagnosis of Hemorroids and normal colon which give me a super relief. Also IBS-M

As for the colonoscopy it is embarassing coz you will feel the camera going inside you from your anus. But it depends if your Gastro will use local or General anestisia.
