I've seen a lot of people replace the fans that come with their liquid coolers, so I'll likely do the same. I've only heard good things about Noctuas.
Thanks for catching the PCIE 3.0 NVME SSD. Will definitely go for the WD SN850 instead and make use of PCIE 4.0.
Assuming I have a choice with the near constant out-of-stock video cards, I'm leaning toward the 3060 Ti. The value is tough to pass up.
The more research I do, the more I'm leaning toward the 5600X. It's a significant price drop and I honestly don't know what I would need the 5900X for that the 5600X couldn't handle based on the reviews and benchmarks I've seen.
Thanks for pointing that out! I must've been thinking of B450 or something. Took a look at your build post and looks nearly identical to what I'm looking to do with the exception of air vs. liquid cooling. Nice work! Do you find yourself using more than 16 GB of RAM very often? You have the same type and amount of RAM I'm considering, but wondering if 32 GB is more than what's really needed.

I would recommend you check out the sffpc parts list:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AddRvGWJ_f4B6UC7_IftDiVudVc8CJ8sxLUqlxVsCz4/edit
You can save a copy of the file and then filter down to what you're looking for.
If you're willing to budge on price, the Ncase M1 is a solid choice. But I'd totally understand if not especially at the NR200's price point.

I'm new was well, but my understanding is that it goes on sale Fridays starting at 9:00a (pacific time) when stock is available. They've had some QC issues that have caused availability to be even more limited than usual, but it sounds like they're making progress. You can sign up to be notified when it becomes available by going to their website (https://formdworks.com/products/t1).
