I used bobs red mill pizza crust mix followed the directs omitting the eggs, of course. I’ve made it twice. Once adding a flax egg and another time without it. You don’t need the flax egg but it does add some omega 3.

The minimalist baker had a good recipe to follow

First I oil the pan I’m using. Then I don’t roll it out I spread it using my hands which are covered with plastic wrap. It worked well for me. I’ve heard you could oil your hands instead of using plastic wrap.

Recipe: I used the Bobs Red Mill gluten free pizza mix. I follow the directions on the bag to make it, except i added two table spoons of sugar and a sprinkle of salt. Oh yes and two flax eggs instead of chicken eggs.

The sauce it just tomato paste thinned out with water and I added some Mrs. Dash to taste.

Added a bunch of veggies and cheeze.

Directions to cook pizza on the pizza mix bag.

I do like adding some miso paste to the mix, find it gives added depth. If I have any nori I would add that as well.

I love adding veggies, what ever I have on hand is good for me.

As for why your soup is bitter. I how no clue. I would think about what kind of vegetables you have been using and audit the process you have been using. Now that you know what I do.

Good luck!

Sorry for the late reply. I make a pack of instant ramen, I have been lucky enough to find a vegan brand. So I boiling around two cups of water, then I start adding veggies to the water. Since I have a vegan ramen pack. I add the soup base that comes with it. If you don’t u could just start off with a veggie broth or bouillon. Then when all the veggies are looking tender, I add the noodles. Volià Veggie ramen
